Someone recently uploaded a clip of Wheel of Fortune. Based on his other uploads, this version is (or was) more than likely based in Armenia. Only the intro is up, but the chances of him showing more are very likely.

If it's in Armenia, then it's in something other than Armenian, because that language is not written in the Arabic script.
Interesting that they use the three-line board.

Agreed. The language is not Armenian. Its also not Farsi. It's definitely some form of Arabic though.
Also, the video he posted before this - the Armenian teletime quiz - is spoken in Armenian.

Your hunch is dead on, Wheelbaby. It's not from Armenia. It's from Lebanon. The gentleman who uploaded that clip told me.
