The source is an unsold pilot named "Combination Lock", which Harry Friedman had a direct hand in producing.
Although the show was in consideration to be paired with a revival of Joker's Wild in 2007, the whole project never seemed to get off the ground.
With the death of Roger King, it is quite possible that the show itself will get no further then this video.
