For those having crashing problems, try turning the device off and on. What a letdown with the online multiplayer. You can only play against people you know!  You have to either be Facebook friends with them, have their contact info in your phone, or enter their E-mail address assuming they created an in-game account. |

I updated the app this afternoon...
They finally fixed the "RTSLNE error;" the letters now appear at the top of the puzzle board in white inside of black circles...but the letters you call are put up backwards. (i.e. instead of CDMA, it's AMDC.)
The MDW error where there was a BANKRUPT underneath is now fixed, as well.
Wild Card is now worth $500/letter.
At the end of each toss-up and round, Pat's speech bubble list the players names and what there score is.
This may have already been there, but I never noticed it: I had the 60s and the 80s as categories and Fictional Character is now just Character.
And, I didn't see any new clothes for the avatar.

Do you think this update will work for the iPhone 3GS? Their description says that it now only works for the iPhone 4 and up. But the app information down below says that it is compatible for my phone. Does anyone know if it works before I update it and end up not being able to play this app until June?

It says the newer models are recommended for optimal performance. They're not required. Try it out, but restart your iPhone as soon as it's done updating.

Although I had low expectations, it works on mine as well, MarioGS. Thank you for the help.
Now, I just put up some information up over at the Wikia about when the speed-up round starts. More often than not, if not always, it starts right after someone loses their turn in round 4. Usually by the third lost turn, it starts. Has anyone noticed that?

Also, there is now finally a "Random Opponent" option on the online mode, but only for 1 opponent per game, not 2, plus you can receive random invites (toggled by default) from anyone who's looking for an opponent, even if you have no desire to start a game. Among other updated things, the Wheel's center now appears more green in wide shots instead of black, and the game runs better on older iOS devices. I also won the million again a few days ago. |

As another update, there is a fifth theme: TROPICAL VACATION. This, like the other four themes, includes 100 new puzzles and anywhere from 15-20 new clothing items for your avatar. It is available for 99 cents.

Looks like another update has been made today. The Celebrating 30 theme can be downloaded for free, which also includes the 30th Anniversary setting. The only difference is that the logo has been zoomed in a bit on the today setting. I also did not notice that the BANKRUPT & LOSE A TURN no longer show in the today setting, which is kind of a good choice because it does seem to be obnoxious to see that.

Just played a game with the new theme. One of the computer contestants hit Bankrupt and I noticed that animation was missing on the scoreboard. The could probably be said about Lose A Turn, too.

The app has been updated again with a new holiday themed set & yes, it is downloadable for $1 plus tax. Also noticed that instead of the Wheel Of Fortune theme being played, it is Deck The Halls. How appropriate for this time of the year. |
