I was watching that Friday Finals episode (Staci/Shawn/Sharon) and noticed that one of the commercials was a plug for Joshua's Heart (a TV movie first aired September 10, 1990) "tonight". So I punched up the listings for every Friday in February '91 on TV Tango and not only was it not listed, but there were no empty two-hour spaces (signifying parts of the schedule that are currently unknown).
Then I looked at the network promo shown right before, specifically The Golden Girls moving to Saturdays for a full hour at 8:00 PM. But in February 1991, the second episode aired at 9:00, so the month was clearly wrong. So I looked at every Saturday lineup from there onward -- March, April, May, June...maybe it was a repeat from September?
Finally, I found a Friday/Saturday where The Golden Girls aired from 8:00-9:00 and Joshua's Heart aired the night before. A Teen Week finals episode that had been labeled as being from February was actually August 9.

Funny thing, though -- after making this post, I noticed a voiceover promo during the credits for daytime repeats of Full House, which aired from June 3-September 6. And nowhere near February.
