I don't know how many of you follow tennis real closely on here but I've gotta say I love the fact that Novak Djokovic won his third straight Aussie Open title. Not only that but he took down my least favorite player in the game, Andy Murray. It's kinda like a Double Showcase Win for me lol.

I follow tennis quite a bit, and the two players that I wanted to win in the singles finals both lost.
I don't have anything personal against Novak, but I feel like Andy could have gotten some real momentum going if he had won.
On the other hand, I'm not a fan of Azarenka at all. Between the "injury" and constant screaming, she's one player I hope doesn't win again this year.

thiswheel13, I play tennis and follow it a lot, and Novak is a great player. I must admit though, I woke up at 3 AM on Sunday to watch the final. No Joke.

I can't stand Murray he's such a stiff. Even during his interviews he just flatlines for me. Novak is entertaining on and off the court and that's why I love him. I didn't get a chance to watch the final yet but I'm just glad it was Nole that pulled through in the end. I read up on that Azarenka "injury timeout." It sounds like foul play to me and some of the commentators for that match even called foul play. I don't really like watcher her much because her "grunt" is probably the most annoying of them all.
