I'm not kidding when I'm saying that I'm certain I've found a clip from the 1970s Chilean version!

Yup. So we got some info about what the Wheel and the player backdrops look like. Now all we need is the puzzle board.

I apologize for the double-post mods, but a couple days ago, I came across this one clip quite by accident. It was a clip of a Press Your Luck in Chile that was part of a show called "Sábado Gigante," which means Giant Saturday.
Here's the clip in case anyone is interested.
Now if you're asking what this has to do with Wheel, I wouldn't be surprised if that "Rueda" clip I posted earlier was part of "Sábado Gigante." I read more about this show, and learned it was created by Don Francisco, the gentleman in the "Rueda" clip. It's basically Chile's version of Saturday Night Live with a few non-parody game show elements. It's like Italy's "Ruota" from 1987 where they have a comedy segment along with a game show segment. I also heard it was so popular that for a while it was on for eight hours.

I apologize for the double-post mods, I'd hardly call a post made three months following the previous one a double-post. So you're fine.

Okay. Two and a half years since the last post in this thread? Time to give it some new life. One of my fellow Sonic fans was nice enough to show this to me earlier today. Not only do we have a full view of the layout, but we also get to see the puzzle board in action. So, a huge thanks to her.

Hmm. Interesting that they seem to get the money whether the letter's there or not.

I know, right? Another interesting thing is what occurred at 3:09. What happened there?

Sure did. BTW, a clip of Chilean Wheel has surfaced just a few hours ago courtesy of Canal 13. It's from an episode of Sábado Gigante that aired June 12, 1982. So, I think this confirms that Chile's version of Wheel was really part of their Giant Saturday. BTW, got some wedges of the same value next to one another on this layout. I plan to make the layout soon. BTW, speaking of which, here's the layout I made from the clip that my friend showed me last year. I'm surprised I didn't show it to you guys yet. www.deviantart.com/art/Chile-s-La-Rueda-de-la-Fortuna-581253497www.deviantart.com/art/Chile-s-Rueda-Without-Lights-581471845

Happy Holidays, everyone! As it turns out, Chile's version was its own version outside of Sábado Gigante. Here are two episodes from 1978
