There's a good reason why I started this thread for Norway's Lykkehjulet and Sweden's Lyckohjulet. Here's a promo. www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPZk2oV39aQA bonus round duel uploaded by a Norwegian contestant. www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZ6E4nC_8FsAnd here's the real reason - something I've waited for more than four years for. Here's an episode that aired on January 20, 1992! Changed thread title to make it more specific.

Interesting that the first two puzzles are relatively easy ones for English-speakers to get.
A couple relatively interesting things regarding vowels are their low cost relative to the values on the wheel (300 kr) and that you get money for them in the speedup (at least after the no-more-consonants bells).

What the hell is the point in having a 4 line puzzleboard if you're only gonna use one row of it???

I know, right? Even so I'm sure they used larger puzzles.

I've seen them do it on a rare occasion but seems pointless.

I know. By the way, there was a time when only two contestants played against one another. Some of those video links I provided you earlier prove it. A board game adaption had been made for both Norwegian and Swedish markets. Both versions have the same look, but here's the Swedish version.

Okay, guys. Look. I know it's been almost two and a half years since the last post, but that last post was talking about the two-player version. The reason why I'm bringing this back up is because some two-player shopping episodes have at long last been uploaded just a couple days ago. I'm learning a lot from watching these.
1. No Bankrupt sound effect 2. Two Swedish players followed by two Norwegian players; structured similarly to the American hour-long format from 1975 only with two rounds per set of players 3. A token which I previously believed to be a Free Spin token is actually their version of the Prize wedge. 4. A Duel Round occurs between the winning Swedish player and the winning Norwegian player. From the looks of it, if no one wins the Duel Round, no Bonus Round is played.

The same person who uploaded the January 20, 1992 episode back in 2013 has just uploaded another January 1992 episode a few days ago. There are a couple things to note such as a contestant allegedly taking full advantage of the fact that there is only one bad space on the Wheel to avoid. Also, during the Speed-Up round (in which vowels are awarded the same way as consonants), the answer apparently didn't have to be said out loud when the final correct letter was called.

The same person who treated us to two episodes of the Swedish version has now treated us to a promo which shows us a small change with the Wheel.

There is indeed a change. How many Bankrupts/Bankrutts are on the Wheel shown in the promo compared to the Wheel seen in the two episodes?

I only counted one. The layout doesnt change between rounds. Maybe it was one of those darker blue cash spaces? I remember mistaking it for a bankrupt late in one of the episodes-
