My Summer in the Studios

I won my tickets to see Wheel of Fortune at my little sister's school carnival. I also won an autographed picture and wedge from Pat and Vanna. When school was done, my grandparents came and we all went to the Sony Studios to see the taping. I think it was somewhere between July and August. When I came to the stage, I thought it looked smaller than on TV. I guess the camera can really add some pounds. I saw three shows and they aired somewhere around December 4 (Bed and Breakfast Week). I had the greatest time there. I should've brought a sign with me. I didn't even go to the bathroom there. During some breaks, Jim Thornton (the announcer) asked a few questions about the show's history. I got to answer one of those questions. My question was, "When did Wheel of Fortune all begin?" or something like that. My answer was of course, 1975. He thought I guessed it, but I told him it wasn't a guess. I won a bobblehead for answering it correctly (but, I gave it to my grandma so she can remember that whole experience). I will never forget that time. I hope I can return as a contestant. [wedge]
