The closest thing I can find is the December 7, 1989 nighttime show, which has Candice (with an I) playing against Tom and returning champ Dorothy...and in a cruel twist of fate, the December 6 and 8 shows are online but not the 7th.
I've already checked Rinkerman and Snowpeck's collections, but it could well have aired in Season 6...or on the daytime show. I've also contacted Snowpeck about checking his copy of the December 7, 1989 show, but if someone else has it then please do this:
Check the episode and see whether Candice's last name is Rodriguez, she mentions a "Jen", or she mentions having at least one daughter.
