Check this out. It's the reel of several promos for the first Secret Santa week earlier this season. There are 5 15-second promos for each show, and several versions of a weekly promo, each of different length. All are preceded by slates. The 30 second weekly version is the one we see online. I didn't know they made daily promos. I've only seen the 4-second weekly ones on TV after the show stopped airing them at the tail end of episodes (early S28, right? Were any more done after that fake $1M win promo?).
