No week assigned yet. Just got the letter today in the mail. I haven't even seen it yet as Im at school and today is my last day of finals. My mom called me and told me along with sending a picture so I knew she wasn't pulling my leg.

How did you get an invite? Just by submitting a regular online application, or did you submit a "Face of the Fan" video?

I submitted a video for Face of the Fan back in October. I received an email on April 5th inviting me to a final audition in Chicago on April 25th. Got the letter this afternoon.
According to their Twitter, they are now accepting Face of the Fan videos nationwide instead of those select markets when they first unveiled it.

I'll try to put a non-public link on Youtube (i.e. Non searchable video but you can pull it up with the link). It was really basic compared to some other submissions I've seen people post on Youtube (I'm literally holding my iPhone and talking to the camera).

Well I figured follow their directions on the Face of the Fan page would be my best shot without fancy video equipment and editing software lol:
"...tell us, in :60 or less, a little about yourself, why you love wheel, and why you would be this season's greatest contestant."
Bankrupt I used to always mix up with a term from another game show. I used to call it a "whammy". At the audition I was tempted to yell, "BIG BUCKS NO WHAMMYS" while the wheel was spinning, but I didn't know how they'd react to it (especially being a family inside joke). lol
