CBS and NBC's national evening news programs will be airing additional coverage of the Oklahoma tornadoes, though some affiliates may choose to switch to regular programming at 7. Check your local station for updates.
It is not yet known if ABC is doing the same.

I'm assuming my affiliate will air special coverage since they pre-empted The Price is Right this morning.

My ABC affiliate replaced Wheel with ABC's second half hour of news for this evening. I should be very hopeful now that the Hampton Roads region has not been forced to miss out on that "something big happening this month" that has been alluded to in another thread. That's what my thinking would be if I didn't see another post in that same thread which said that "something big" actually happens next week.

WKRN ABC 2 Nashville, the Wheel affiliate, didn't air the additional programming; not did NBC 4, or CBS 5.

Surprisingly, WABC, which normally pre-empts Jeopardy! in favor of the second half hour of Diane Sawyer, actually aired both game shows in full tonight.
