The show has become boring. George and Drew are bland to me. Stack The Deck and Cover Up are lost every time. Let's Make A Deal has become more exciting to watch.
I'm sorry.

There's nothing to apologize about. I'm sure you will find people that agree with you here and other places on the internet.
But since the show continues to increase its ratings in key demos, don't expect anything to change soon.

Lot of people are pointing fingers at Mike and Syd for these so-called "set-ups". This coming, not only from G-R.net, but also the YouTube videos.

Why Syd? Adam Sandler is the one who makes the lineups and game setups.

OK, maybe not Syd; but Mike. I've been reading a lot of complaints about "Mike setting this game up to be won/lost" or "Mike setting up that game to be won/lost".
Really, all it depends on is how many times you've seen the prices. If you've seen them enough to where you are on stage playing the games, you should have no problem winning.

Georgie, I am with you as well. I seem to have lost interest in The Price is Right significantly, at least for now. I only watch the show when I am off from work due to a holiday or vacation. I only watched a handful of episodes in March and some episodes during my last two weeks vacation from work.
The key reason why I lost interest in TPIR lately is due to the lack of playings of games I want to see. I don't see 3 Strikes, Golden Road, Spelling Bee, and other games I enjoy as often anymore. But I will give the show credit for adding an additional playing of 3 Strikes back in April. As for Golden Road, all I can say is, it is a game that gets played only twice per season these days.
But the reason why I haven't been recording TPIR as of lately is because when I am at work, I devote to setting the DVD recorder to record Press Your Luck and/or whatever show appeals to me on a daily basis. When PYL returned to GSN's lineup back in October (with new-to-GSN episodes), I couldn't tell you how overjoyed I was to finally see the episodes. But when the current batch of new-to-GSN episodes clue up on June 19, I will be devoting to recording SOTC for a while, and once I record the episodes of SOTC I didn't get in the first cycle, I will be back to recording TPIR when Season 42 rolls around, even if just for a short time - in case GSN picks up different episodes of Eubanks' Card Sharks or the remaining 1985 and 1986 PYL episodes later in the fall. If neither of my wishes get fulfilled on GSN, I will be back to recording TPIR full-time at least until April.
