Reading through the FAQ just now, I see that in a puzzle, when there are no more vowels remaining, all of the vowels will dim on the Used Letter Board, even if all five vowels have not been called... just got me wondering, when the beeps sound to indicate that there are only vowels remaining, do all the remaining consonants dim on the Used Letter Board, like the vowels do in the 'no more vowels' situation?

Yes, they do. The current used letter board also displays "VOWELS GONE" and "VOWELS ONLY" in these situations, including during Speed-Up rounds.
