It's actually more like a crossword game on radio. Vanna herself gives you a one-word puzzle, tells you the category, what letter the word starts with, and a crossword-type clue. The radio station will answer a lucky caller who will then try to guess the puzzle Burke-style. It's basically a two-minute segment in the radio station's time slots.

So let's say the puzzle is a thing, it starts with a B and has six letters. The clue is that it's yellow and tasty.
