Pat is only to be asked questions that he would know, and at MOST once daily. If it's about production, it goes to Harry (does he even have a Twitter?). Pat is the host. He is much more likely to know about fun stories, or spinning something into humor. Pat's nature is light hearted-why not be the same back? I didn't think the tweet was that bad, given Sajak's need to respond, but it does at least make us re-evaluate how things are done.
Of course, retweeting him is worthwhile, since he's filled with gems daily.
/God, if this becomes the Pole Screamer moment, I swear...

Yes. I sincerely apologize for that tweet, to everyone here, at Wheel, and at Pat. I didn't think he'd answer. I was just a bit peeved that the MDW moved to a $500 for no reason, because I had just learned that fact at the time since I missed the show because of work and was asking some of my fellow staff members about how tonight went down (before the recap went up). I'm the kind of person who sometimes says something when they're upset and then I completely regret it (more than I should) about 5 minutes later. I actually feel a bit sick that I sort of put a damper on what is supposed to be a positive friendship between us and the show. I thought Pat's response was funny, but I also perceived it as, "I know you love the show so much but you're so obsessed and it's really creeping me out. Please leave me alone." I promise this will not happen again. And no, Prizes. Harry does not have a Twitter. He's welcome to make one, though. |

^ Mario: I don't think he was genuinely peeved at you. He doesn't seem like that kind of guy. My advice to use caution was just a suggestion in case the questions WERE starting to bug him. But now that I realize that a.) the questions don't bother him much, and b.) caution was already being used, I feel even more that he wasn't bothered by you and just wanted to have fun with his response.

I just want to know the "response to the attack" Pat sent him because I really hope part of it is him speaking out about this CURIO "controversy". I didn't see "The Five" last night (never even heard of it), but apparently Greg called the people at Wheel "cheap bastards" for not giving Paul $1,000,000.
I have to work when it's on today (5 PM EST, of course), so I hope my tuner records it for me. If someone else could record it as well, that would be great in case my recording fails (like the S31 premiere did. Still need to see it...).

Won't be recording, but I might game thread it, can give like section recaps, and quotes, primarily about the Sajak stuff. This is fun. As someone who watches exclusively Fox News as national news, kinda disappointed to see this angle. They got the Jeopardy incident so well, so I thought this would follow.
I adore Sajak's comment about Beckel's suspenders, that is awesome sauce.
(Dang it guys, talk about the real issues, we have countless ones right now, like...oh right, no politics, since they're controversial. That said, politics will be mentioned in the summary, as I watch, so be alert, and don't be offended, I'm merely reiterating what Fox will say.)
