You know, I think I should be mentioned along with Therealcu on World Tour with Wheel because I love going out there and checking international Wheel stuff out. Besides, I'm starting a lot of these topics here.
Anyway, I figured I'd point out the clips seen on Wheel's 3000th episode from November of 1998. The international section starts at 7:15. It's divided into intros and clips.

Not related to the foreign clips (sadly, not much to say about them), but I think it would've been funny if the blooper reel at 14:36 included an appearance by a certain former San Diego Charger.
The montages of Pat around the 15-minute mark have quite a few clips that I've never seen in any circulating episodes. I'm pretty sure I would've found either of those outfits at 15:07-08 by now (the clip at 17:09 indicates the one with the sparkly 1970s-ish jacket is somewhere after the late-1986 set change)...or Pat pulling out a hanger...and if I ever find the episodes at 16:53, 17:23, and 17:27 I'd be a very happy man (although interestingly, I think the walls became more "curtain-like" around September 1985).
Funnily enough, I don't think the shot of Pat's frog hat at 16:01 is from the daytime St. Patrick's Day '87 show that's been around.
