It appears that Disney Cruise Line Week will be couples, as this news story from 10/14 says that the couple would be taping the Thursday of that week, the 17th. |

Yes, because only couples go on Disney Cruise Lines.  How about husband-and-wife couples competing against single parents? Or just plain "teams competing against solo players"? That'd be something fresh and novel, even if it has already been done with Music Stars Week in 1994. On a side note, did we ever ask or get an answer as to why the show no longer has celebrities or sports stars playing the game? |

New tape dates added to the audience ticketing page (my personal opinion is that these are the last ones of the calendar year since it would fit Mario's grid and complete episodes through Feb 21st). December 12th and 13th are the new dates.

I'm not sure what to make of tonight being a Secret Santa 6th. My guess is they decided to sneak in one 6th, for 16 shows, and maybe the last one taped is in fact the first one to air, tonight.
Or, they all have 6ths and they decided to bump this one in early...

I just read the Wheel of Fortune schedule and found out about some upcoming weeks:
12/9 - Disney Cruise Line
12/16 - Wheel Around the World
12/23 - Outdoor Adventures
1/6 - America's Game 2
1/20 - Leave Winter Behind
1/27 - Winter Hideaways
2/3 - Sandals Romance

-Why are they having two winter weeks? Making up for no Christmas week?

No idea. In regards to an upcoming taping, I believe the 12th is for Sandals Resorts Week because I saw a couple tweeted they were taping together on that day. Since Valentines Day already taped in Vegas, this leads me to infer that it should be for Sandals Resorts week.

Sandals Resorts Romance Week, I don't think there's any other week sponsored by Sandals which was why I shortened the week name when typing for brevity.
