The website's list of upcoming weeks notes that Secret Santa will go from November 18-27, with Home For The Holidays on November 28-29 and Wheel Salutes The Military from December 2-6. Also, November 11-15 is listed as "Walmart Family Week / Secret Santa Sweepstakes". I'm not quite sure what this means, although the fact Walmart Family Week and the week of November 18 were taped on consecutive days gives me a few theories: * Walmart Family "Week" is only three shows and Secret Santa is the usual 10, * Walmart Family Week is five shows and the first Secret Santa week, or (and I'm hoping against this) * Walmart Family Week was meant to be its own entity, but has had Secret Santa stuff shoehorned in through post-production or somesuch on at least the Thursday-Friday shows (again, to make 10 Secret Santa shows).

Didn't we get confirmation that Walmart was 5 shows...?
EDIT: I think I see... they must have planned this all along. Do two full days (12 episodes) on the Secret Santa set, but dump the last two w/o doing any of the Secret Santa stuff and let those low-key eps play on Thanksgiving & Black Friday. Somewhere else I guess Wally Week Pt II will appear!
That's kinda messy, though.

Presumably (not confirmed yet), today's tapings were for "Home for the Holidays". Check out the red and green neon around the Wheel, video wall, and even the Bonus Wheel.  Hopefully the puzzle board will be like this, too. Maybe even the Bonus Wheel layout will be colored as such. That would be interesting.  |

Sure they're colors normally associated with Christmas, but the red and green improve the set greatly by adding some sorely-needed color that's far better on the eyes than the ever-present purple.
I'm hoping they agree and keep the colors as a permanent change once the tapings catch up.
