When I say this, I mean no part of it as a joke. It is all serious. If you cannot accept this part of me, I shall understand, but please do NOT be rude about it to me. I deal with enough personal shit as it is, almost to the point of no return; don't make it and me worse.
With that said: You know how you all call, or at least some of you, call me Jon? Well, not quite. You see, my brain works differently than yours; I might have a male body, but I know that I am female, according to my brain, and what I should have been, in body, from birth. I go by Jessica, Jessie, Jess in public; I live life as a woman, not for a fetish, but because it's necessary to my survival, as treatment for a medical condition. I carry a purse, I wear female clothing, and with the help of just under 11 months of female hormones (namely estrogen), I appear as another average girl, in day-to-day life.
Why mention this now? I made a sign for the Wheelmobile event around here, and if I do get on a news article (given I put the local affiliate in, and some other stuff today, it's almost assured), get on the show, by some lucky chance, you might still be shocked, but not as much as you would otherwise. Thanks for listening and reading. I appreciate it-and be glad you (probably, just in case you do) don't deal with this.
I would never force acceptance on to ANYONE. But if you give me shit on this, beyond reasonable means, you are gone from this site. If you have any questions; please, I trust you all as members of an outstanding site, so I'm open for basically anything in that sense.
