(FILL IN THE) BLANK
It's the old Fill in the Blank. Kathleen drew numero uno in the draw backstage, and she'll give it the first spin of the day.
SPIN 1- She lands on the orange $200 after the pink $1000 and calls an N. No N's. The turn goes to Denise.
SPIN 2- Denise will land on the red $200. She'll call a T, but none of those either. Interesting. Kevin's turn.
SPIN 3- Kevin lands on the blue $500 right before the Surprise wedge. Calls an S. Nope. Kathleen gets another shot.
SPIN 4- Kathleen lands on the yellow $500. She wants an R. No R's. This is an odd puzzle. Denise will spin it.
SPIN 5- Denise passes Lose a Turn and lands on the red $450. She'll guess a C. And find three of them! Finally! That's $1350 dollars.
SPIN 6- This time it's the orange $400. She calls a K. Another three letters. $1200 more makes her total grow to $2550 dollars.
SPIN 7- She lands on the pink $250. She calls a Q. She must know something, because there's a Q. $2800 dollars.
SPIN 8- Denise is going to land on what could be a helpful little token. A free spin! She needs to find a letter to pick it up. She calls a J. And there's one more letter than she needed. Two J's. Now she has $2800 dollars and helpful little free spin.
SPIN 9- It's the red $400. She calls a B. That's the last consonant. And now she has a total of $3600 dollars + A Free Spin.

Denise solves JACK BE..... JACK BE QUICK for $3600 dollars!
HIGH ROLLERS CHIMES
And $500 dollars for correctly identifying what word belongs in the question mark. And with no troubles at all, answers Nimble for an extra $500 dollars. That brings her total for the round to $4100 dollars.
Kathleen - Still a lot of show ahead
Denise - $4100 + Free Spin
Kevin - A big winner already
ROUND TWO
This round, a sparkly blue wedge is added to the wheel in the denomination of $2500 dollars. Also, there is a fantastic prize on the wheel awaiting contestants this round. Charlie will describe exactly what it is.
Charlie: “It's a gift certificate from Service Merchandise! Choose from their catalogue or redeem at any one of their over 365 stores nationwide. Featuring this 3-karat diamond cluster ring set in 14-karat gold. $3,999 dollars!”
The prize is marked SHOP on the wheel. (The prize and the wedge kind of reminds me of the shopping days of the show)

THINGS
And the second line of this puzzle takes up all 13 trilons/spaces on the third line of the puzzleboard.
Coincidentally, Denise will start Round two.
SPIN 1- And Denise's flipper just edges off of that SHOP space and lands on $250. She calls a T. There are two. And Denise has $500 dollars.
SPIN 2- And this time the flipper will rest on the peg before the Prize and land on the red $400. She wants an N, and there are a couple of N's. Good going so far, $1300 dollars.
SPIN 3- A nicer amount this time, $900 dollars. She calls an S, and she'll be happy to see three S's! $2700 more gives her $4000 dollars even. She calls an A, but she gets skunked by the vowel. No A's. $3750 left, and Kevin spins..... or Denise might decide to use that free spin she has. She'll try the vowel thing again and call an E. And there's a couple of those. $3500 dollars. And she's not done her buying splurge yet, she buys an I. And it's hard to believe in a small puzzle like this, but there are Seven!! I's. $3250 now.
SPIN 4- Denise spins and lands on $900 again. She calls an F, and she'll get one. $4150 dollars.
SPIN 5- And she's doing well, it's $900 yet again. She pauses and then calls out a P in a frantic sounding voice, but she has nothing to be frantic about because there is one P! That's $5050 dollars.
She's ready to solve it.
I N F I N I T E
P _ S S I _ I _ I T I E S
THINGS
Denise solves INFINITE POSSIBILITES for $5050 dollars!
Duds: A (Denise)
Kathleen – Not a lot of chances to play yet
Denise - $9150
Kevin – Still a big winner
ROUND THREE
There is a $3500 dollar space on the wheel this round.

BEFORE & AFTER
And Kevin gets to start this third round.
SPIN 1- Kevin spins $250 and calls a T. One T. $250.
SPIN 2- $200 this time. Kevin calls an S, but there are no S's. It's Kathleen's turn.
SPIN 3- Hmmm, hmmm, Interesting, Kathleen lands on Surprise! To pick it up she needs to find a letter, and she hopes to find at least one N. And she'll find five of them! That Surprise is hers to keep if she solves the puzzle.
SPIN 4- It's $550 dollars. Kathleen calls a D. And there's a D. $550 + Surprise. She buys an A. And she'll only find one, the predictable one. $300 + Surprise. She buys another vowel, this time an I. And there's one. $50 + Surprise.
SPIN 5- Kathleen lands on $400. An R this time. And there's an R. $450 + Surprise. She buys an O. And there's one O, there's another O. She's down to $200 + The Surprise.
With $200 and the Surprise, Kathleen wants to solve.
_ F F A N D
R _ N N I N _
O N _ _ _ T _
BEFORE & AFTER
Kathleen solves OFF AND RUNNING ON EMPTY for $200 + The Surprise!
And we'll find out exactly what Surprise is. Nightwalk is the cue that is used for the prize description, and Charlie tells us that the prize is Andiamo Luggage plus (It's gotta be a trip, right... right?!) Tasco's Spotting scope tripod. (..... nice one, Wheel) Total retail value $1,757 dollars.
After the description is done and it cuts back to Pat and Kathleen, she tells Pat during the prize description that luggage is nice and asks Pat if there will be a trip to go with that and Charlie says “Plus” and Kathleen thought it was going to be a trip (Because that is what tends to go with luggage, NOT a spotting scope) but it ended up being a spotting scope. (So basically Kathleen had the same reaction I did.)
In total, that round was worth $1957 dollars for Kathleen.
Duds: S (Kevin)
Kathleen - $1957
Denise - $9150
Kevin – Nothing yet
ROUND FOUR
For this round, a trip to Singapore is out on the Wheel, and also that top dollar value of $5000 dollars.

SPIN 1- And it's going to be $350 dollars. She calls an S. One S.
SPIN 2- This time it's going to land on much more than $350, we're talkin' $5000 dollars! Kathleen wants a T, and there's one big $5000 dollar T. Kathleen has $5350 dollars. She buys an E. There are two. $5100 dollars. She also buys an A. But there is no A. Down to $4850, and we're over to Denise.
SPIN 3- $250 dollars. Denise calls an N. No N. Kevin's turn.
SPIN 4- It's coming up on $5000 and Pat chants “Kevin... Kevin... Kevin..” in a low tone, and it lands on $5000! Wow. Kevin calls an R. There happen to be two of those! $10000 dollars! Kevin buys an O. And he'll get four. $9750 dollars. He buys a U. And there's three. $9500 dollars.
SPIN 5- Kevin seems to be whispering something under his breath, and then he spins. As it's coming up on $5000, Pat chants Kevin's name again, and it lands on it again! $5000 dollars! He's looking for at least one Y.... but he'll get more than that, there are two Y's! $19500 dollars!
SPIN 6- And yet again, we can see that $5000 dollar space, and Pat chants Kevin's name again... and it's going to land on $5000 for the third consecutive time! He calls an L... and he'll get another $5000 dollars for that L! $24500 dollars.
He knows it.

He may not have won today but for his two days he has won $61,174 dollars. And tomorrow he'll try to become an undefeated champion on the show. From Hollywood, more Wheel of Fortune tomorrow night!
