Well, I haven't formally introduced myself to you guys yet, so I'll do so before the year closes out.
Let me just put a list of things about me:
General Stuff/My WoF Experience
-My name is JP, but I go by Genius or, of course, genius2751.
-I'm a Bay Area native - particularly from San Francisco.
-I'm an LFAT; my great-grandma got me involved in game shows.
-I play the WoF video game almost every time I'm on my XBOX.
-I have my own recap site for said game.
-I recap in the style of Bobby McBride.
-If there were a teen or college week from S.F., I'll be on there, trust me.
-I use abbreviations such as b/c, or o/, or w/ in my comments/recaps, so don't be surprised.
-I'm not a spoiler - well, at least not in public.
The Best/Worst of WoF in My Perspective
-My FAVORITE seasons are #25 and #30; #30 b/c it was so big, of course; #25...eh, IDK why.
-My LEAST FAVORITE seasons were #28 and #29; those were very rough.
-My favorite contestants are two Ashleys in S29 - Hollier on 3/5/2012 and Worth on 4/4/2012. Sorry Autumn/Michelle...
-My favorite theme week is anything related to California or Christmas/winter.
-IMO, season 31 of Wheel of Fortune is becoming more like season 27.
-The worst BR moments are trainwrecks and after-the-buzzer solves.
-The best BR moments are impressive solves and grand-prize wins.
Other Game Show Aspirations
-I'm not just a Wheel Watcher; I'm a big fan of Family Feud as well.
-I hope I can beat The Chase's Beast.
IMO, Wheel of Fortune is a great show to participate in b/c it gives you a chance to experience popular culture while spinning and winning big money. That's why I watch the show, and I'm very proud to be a part of a community that feels the same way!
Let me say no more, you'll see a whole lot of "Genius" on this site!
