I don't know if this is the proper place to start a thread like this, but here we go. Basically, if you have an ideas for new game elements (Tokens/Wedges or Anything that would alter Gameplay or the Puzzles) then you can brainstorm and post those ideas here, Including the artwork for it. Now I'm admittedly NOT an artist, so if anyone wants to make my ideas come alive, you're more than welcome.
My first idea:
Wild Spin!
* This is a token that is present over a wedge during all rounds of regular play.
* If the token is landed on, a player must call a letter to pick it up.
* Essentially, the first part of it acts as a Free Spin. If you lose your turn due to a Penalty Wedge, Wrong Letter or other Mishap, you can use it to keep your turn or you can hold onto it.
* A contestant can only use the token if they Lose their turn through any of the methods mentioned in the last point.
* The only way this token can be removed from play is if the contestant uses it. It is not affected by Bankrupt.
* After the Wild Spin is used, the contestant can by a vowel or spin. The Wild Part: After the contestant's very next spin they can call up to two separate consonants on the next cash wedge they land on. If the contestant decides to buy a vowel, land on a prize wedge or other special wedge barring penalties, than the effect is saved for the next spin.
(For terminology: "The token is voided" means that the token is passed into the host, and is no longer useable by the contestant)
* If a contestant buys a vowel after using the Wild Spin, and that vowel is not in the puzzle, the token is voided. If the contestant spins and lands on Lose a Turn or Bankrupt, the token is voided. If a contestant lands on a cash value and calls a wrong letter, the token is voided. If a contestant calls two consonants and they are both in the puzzle, the token is voided.
* If a contestant lands on a cash amount and calls a correct consonant, they can decide to spin again or call another consonant on the cash wedge they are currently sitting on without spinning. If they opt not to call a second letter and spin again, the token is voided.
* If the token is not used during the game and is carried to the bonus round, the token acts as one extra consonant pick for the bonus puzzle (Just like a Wild Card would).
The design of the token: The top half of the token has the pink sparkly background of the Wild Card with WILD written in the font that it's written on the Wild Card. On the bottom half, the token is sparkly green, with SPIN, written in the font as it is seen on the Free Spin.

I'll stick with something simple for now:
The Encore token. Like Double Play, you use the token before the spin. Unlike Double Play, the token is vulnerable to Bankrupt.
After you land on a cash value and call a correct consonant, you can call a chain of consonants for the same value without having to spin. If you land on a prize wedge or other token, it counts as $500 per consonant in addition to picking up the prize/token the first time. The chain ends if the contestant opts to spin again, buy a vowel, or solve. It also ends with a lost turn if the contestant calls a wrong or repeated letter.
Even a small amount could prevent someone from spinning their way into Bankrupt or Lose A Turn.
The Bounce! and Reflex! spaces.
Bounce! replaces Free Play and functions almost identically, but vowels are not free. If a contestant does have less than the required amount for a vowel, they are prompted for a different action instead.
If you call a wrong or repeated consonant on Reflex!, you keep your turn. But if you call a correct consonant, you earn $500 a piece and a single "reflex" (the scoreboard background changes to reflect this). It is used automatically after Lose A Turn or Bankrupt to nullify, meaning that in the latter case, your round score will not drop to zero and no cardboard is lost. Only one "reflex" can be held at a time, although $500 per consonant is still awarded for landing on the space. Like the Wild Card, a "reflex" can also be carried over to subsequent rounds.

Very simple and to the point... Insurance, a token like Free Spin or the Wild Card (may only be claimed once per game) that can be turned in on a Bankrupt hit to keep your turn and your score.

I'd like the "Takeover" wedge. If anyone who landed on the wedge could steal the earnings of the leading opponent or could steal later. Is a removable wedge, and is similar that the "Hold up" from France, "Power" from the Philippines and "Me lo quedo" from Spain

BIG CAR SPACE -available in round 3 -covers red $700(should be $750 next season) -functions the same way as the season 25 BIG MONEY SPACE except the space rotates through - BANKRUPT
- LOSE A TURN
- $7500
- $15000
- CAR'S LOGO (BMW, PORSCHE, OR OTHER CAR WORTH $30,000-$60,000)
After the wedge is claimed, it becomes a $2000 space for the remainder of the game. Any amount won is only earned by solving the puzzle (in other words the cash amounts are not spendable in the game)
DOUBLE PLAY WEDGE
-replaces $500 next to red $800 and PRIZE move to new pink $500 -if a contestant lands on this wedge and guesses a correct letter, it is worth $750 per letter and next spin is worth double (this will make a huge change in that if the MILLION DOLLAR WEDGE is hit right after DOUBLE PLAY, the contestant will have a chance at $2,000,000 in the bonus round)
PROGRESSIVE
-space available in round 2 or 3 -covers yellow $700 -dark green flashing wedge -worth $1000 -after landing on the wedge, the contestant keeps spinning every time it is landed on, then will receive total amount collected on that spin for every consonant (pick up items will add $500) -example it is landed on and then contestant hits $750, that means each consonant is worth $1750 -free play and prize wedges add $500 -if PROGRESSIVE is hit multiple times in a row, the contestant keeps spinning until this space is not hit

This is the Steal Card, which I had briefly in my forum games, but was ultimately never used before I retired it. It works just like "Me Lo Quedo" on Spain's version of Wheel. You can use it on a turn (as an option along with spin, buy, solve) to steal another players current round possessions. It takes not only their current round score in cash, but also any cardboard they're carrying. If the victim has a 1/2 Car tag or Million Dollar Wedge that they claimed from solving a previous round, the player who steals them has to solve the current round to keep them in play as if they just picked them up from the Wheel.

I must say, the Steal sounds like it was inspired by Family Feud, another well-respected game show in its own right.
But anyway, here's my own idea for a new space: Double Your Money. This space is a fixed wedge, and doubles the amount of money that the contestant has earned so far, regardless of how many consonants are in the puzzle. Say a contestant has $3,000, and lands on Double Your Money; upon calling a consonant that is in the puzzle, his score is then doubled to $6,000. Buying vowels is not affected.

That's actually already been done on the Spanish version of the show. If you want to see it in action without having to translate a foreign language, check out WooWho's shows in the Game On section, he uses the Double and Half wedges from that program.

In the Wheel of Stuffness, what is "Blackout"? I would have used that for a wedge that wipes out the entire score including previous rounds (either that or "Black Hole").

That's exactly what its purpose was in WOS 46.
The one in WOS 45, however, was a different story. It was originally based off of the game show Blackout, hosted by a moustached Bob Goen, right before his $1250 black-diamond run on daytime Wheel. If you land on this, parts of the puzzle will be temporarily "blacked out," making the puzzle more difficult to solve.

How about RECYCLE?
This space that allows you to regain what you lost from landing on Bankrupt. It will only happen if you solve the puzzle right after you land on it and it can only give back any winnings or extras lost on the same round.
Or or do you have a better name for it?

Bryce---you beat me to the Insurance element! Once I saw it on here a few years back, I incorporated it into my home games with my family. The only changes I have are from multiplayer and single player games (I've been hosting with my Grandma as contestant for close to 20 years now). Here are my single-player game elements:
Free Play wedge is replaced with Jackpot in Round 1, and a different TDV wedge in Rounds 2-5. In increasing order: $2,000 (orange sparkles), $3,000 (dark red), $4,000 (emerald), $5,000 (pink).
Insurance is a token on the purple $650---only once in the game, can save all $/cardboard upon a bankrupt only. Lose A Turn- the next spin's value is only worth half the amount.
As an inside joke and fun, Round 4 is always a Food and Drink with crazy (but delicious) recipes pulled from the newspaper (as long as they fit on WOFFan's puzzleboard program).
Speed Up Round: Consonants are still worth $1,000 + value spun, except that an incorrect consonant subtracts that amount from the score. I usually allow 3 or 4 spins before a Final Spin.
A new element I've added as of today is that the Bonus Round is an all-cash wheel now. So, $30,000 (x6), and a few envelopes from $35,000 to $90,000 (every $5k), and the $100k/Million.
