Here is a clip of Wheel in Czecholslovakia, known there as "Kolotoè." Enjoy! I will be making its Wheel soon.
Sorry, for some reason, this post won't accept foriegn letters outside Latin American. The last character is a "c" with a downward curving line above it as you may notice in the title of the video.

So the video I provided in the first post no longer exists, but to revive this thread, how about a 1998 episode?
Now I know of other looks for this version, but since the only source has an obscene name for some whatever reason, I'd rather not post anything here for fear of violating the rules here.

The uploader has another six videos from the same series which, based on video lengths, total five episodes (1, 2, 3, 4 + 5, 6 + 7).
Also, if there's another source for Czech Wheel episodes but the name's obscene, send me the link via PM.

Carnival themed? This has to be the most creative/awkward wheel ever, unless you can prove me wrong, germanname.

The Carnival/Circus idea was pretty nice, but since I tend to like a lot more than you guys when it comes to the show, you shouldn't be surprised. I still think that was the idea for TPIR's 1972 revival: make the games have a sort of carnival game/"Step right up and win this!" kind of look.
As for the scoring system, I wouldn't even call it awkward. I'd call it even worse than those of the British and Australian versions, although both of those were okay. Why do I say Czechoslovakia's scoring system was bad? Even if you solved a puzzle, you weren't guaranteed the money - you could still lose that money to Bankrupts!
Even so, there were 60 wedges on this Wheel/Merry-Go-Round. Only two out of those 60 (1/30, even less than any of our American layouts since 1974) were Bankrupts. Seven Stop wedges ended your turn. The Bonus wedges (three occurrences) were like a blend of Free Spin, Double Play, and Free Play, only nicer. If you spun that up, you spun again until you landed on a cash/point (if points were what they really offered) value, which was promptly doubled. If you landed on Bankrot or Stop, you spun again until you landed on a numerical value. The nicest part is that even if you landed on Bankrot on a Bonus spin, you didn't lose any money. Now, what if you spun Bonus on a Bonus spin? Hopefully it didn't cancel the Bonus you had.

Lol, thanks for the info, but when I said "the most creative/awkward wheel ever" I meant the actual wheel itself, not the show.

How about a full episode from 2001 that explains one rule should some type of dramatic outcome occur? The rest of the episode explains itself, and the uploader has three other episodes of Czech Wheel in his channel.
Just so you know, the bonus layout is not constant. I don't know how they change those panels from show to show, but at least they're smart enough to avoid contestants from making crafty spins for the Jackpot.

They would've done the price is right in czech republic. It would've been a popular game there.

Talk about cutting it close! Here's an episode with a new look for the puzzle board, different rules regarding tokens, and a contestant who almost lost it all several times! Will his luck hold?

In 1999, the Czech Republic had perhaps the most electronic Wheel in the entire franchise.

Here's a version called "Riskuj na kolotoči." Yes, only the R is the only letter capitalized in the official title. On top of that, you think the Wheel used in the Vietnamese version from 2007 to 2009 was small? You ain't seen nothin' yet.
Now from the looks of it, whenever you land on a value, there are corresponding questions. Answer correctly and you receive the value you landed on as well as choose a letter to multiply your score even further. Wrong answers don't penalize your score but give the next person a chance to answer the question correctly.

Every time I see The Czech Republic, I can't help but think of my episode from "European Vacation" week earlier this year. Our B&A puzzle was "THE CZECH AND BANANA REPUBLIC".

What really surprises me in the first era of this version each audience member has a numbered badge, the host has a hat full of table tennis balls with numbers in it the host chose a audience member to pick a ball from a hat, the chosen ball with the number of a audience member is chosen to play today's game.
