I know they held three e-mail invitation only auditions in Springfield, VA February 5-6. Did anyone who made the final cut receive "the letter" in the mail yet indicating they made it into the contestant pool?
I thought I had a great audition and felt pretty confident I would make it, but haven't received the letter yet. Just wondering if I should keep my hopes up or if it appears they have all gone out.
Thanks in advance for your help.

^ I've heard many people say that the letter doesn't always come. Lots of people have said they didn't get the letter but got the call anyway.

Hi. I was at the 3:30 one on February 6th and made it to the end. I also thought I did well but haven't received a letter either. I have read that often times you don't get a letter but you get a phone call or email out of the blue later. What audition were you at?

I'm glad to hear of others doing well and not getting a letter. I was at the Oklahoma City audition and thought I rocked it… but never got that letter. Good luck to everyone. Maybe we will get a random email in the future.

I was in the same audition as you hipster. I guess we just have to keep waiting and hoping. Good luck!

I'm glad you were in the same audition as me. There was only really one person that seemed to stand out to me and that was someone who was in the second group called and was the 2nd from the right (i was first on the right so he really stood out to me). Besides for that, there seemed to be a number of solid players and some not so (IMO). The only thing that I was worried about is that in my attempt not to be overly enthusiastic (like they warned us about), that I didn't come off to bland. Good luck to you too. Hopefully the letters will arrive or a phone call or email will be had in the future. Either that or we're both just overly confident in our play! Hopefully it is the former and not the latter. Keep us posted.

I was at the morning audition on Feb. 5 and made it all the way to the end as well. I was not called up the 2nd time after each of the 20 of us remaining in the 2nd part of the audition had a turn to play. I noticed mostly everyone who made the first cut that very few followed the instruction of just call the letter don't say I'd like an L. Thought I had a great audition with good energy, game play, an okay interview (The guy before me - his introduction was very close to what I said) but have not received a letter either. Hopefully a call or e-mail will come up out of the blue at some point. If nothing else at least I got a hat and it was cool I got Jackie to jump out of her chair when I called a letter.

That's funny that you mention that about the "I'll take an L" or "can I have a T please". In our audition there were 12 people that made it through. No one got called up twice, but in the first group of 6 they must've told 4 people "just call out the letter". It got to a point when someone would say "I'll have a T please" that I found myself thinking "just say the letter!!" I even do that now when I'm watching the show. My wife finds it annoying but I know the meaning behind it. I wish if they didn't pick you, they would send a letter stating that too. My nerves would appreciate it.
