Pardon the double post (I can't seem to find a Delete option at the moment on my first post), but I know the layouts from both this episode as well as the episode from January 10, 2000 that was uploaded nearly four years ago. I'll post the 1999 layouts and state the changes made by the 2000 episode.
Going clockwise, the colors are in this order times 4: blue, orange, purple, red, green, pink. All lists will start with a blue wedge going clockwise.
Round 1: 150 500 BANKROT (Bankrupt or Bankruptcy) 400 100 150 aeiou (Free Vowel) 200 100 200 ?! (Purpose Unknown) 100 150 SREĆKO (Free Spin; most likely means "Lucky" in Croatian; you must choose a correct letter to earn a SREĆKO token) 100 150 100 250 ZGUBIRED (Lose A Turn; most likely means a conjugation of "Lose" in Croatian) 300 100 150 200 100
Round 2: 200 500 BANKROT 400 100 150 aeiou 250 ZGUBIRED 150 x2 (Doubles your score with a correct letter) 100 150 SREĆKO 100 150 100 500 BANKROT 750 200 150 VELEDAR (Purpose unknown; may be a wedge that prompts you to solve the puzzle) 100
Speed Round: 100 200 500 200 400 100 150 200 250 200 150 200 100 150 200 100 150 100 500 200 750 200 150 200
Round 3: BANKROT/3000/BANKROT (Unknown if the 3000 multiplies) 750 200 150 SREĆKO 150 200 1000 BANKROT 750 100 150 aeiou 250 200 150 500 200 JACKPOT ZGUBIRED 400 150 200 500
By the episode from January 10, 2000, the following changes were made.
Round 1: The green "?!" wedge became a white studio with a logo that probably reads "Studio 15."
Round 2: The green "x2" wedge becomes a white wedge. At the very top of that wedge are two red arrows. The top arrow is pointing left while the one below it points right.
Round 3 (No changes are made to the Speed Round Wheel as far as is known): The blue Jackpot wedge is a blue 500kn (the kuna was and still is Croatia's currency) space.

If a space starts with "BANK-" (or something like "BANQUE-"), it hardly ever seems to need explaining.

[chuckles] True. If it's white on black, it probably doesn't need much explaining either.

ProBoards is saying that a thread is considered dead after just 45 days of no replies? Well let's bring this thing back to life! On Thursday, a 1995 episode was uploaded. The one who uploaded it is the contestant in the green (right) podium.

I saw the first clip a while ago and one of the things I've never understood about many of the hostesses is why they insist on using only one hand no matter which direction they go in. The other thing... wtf is with that weird reach behind the back thing the hostess does with the bottom row of letter???

Good eyes right there. I guess I never notice those kinds of details because my area of study when it comes to International Wheel is the Wheel layouts themselves, and unfortunately, I'm not able to figure out any of the Wheel layouts completely in the 1995 episode, but at least I know a bit about more about how Croatia's version was back then compared to 1999. Hopefully, however, we'll get some more episodes from this time period. With YouTube's aid, it's only a matter of time before we do.

Guys, I have some fantastic news. An episode from 1998 has just been uploaded, and it's going to explain a lot. The values are still the same as they were in 1995 (with a Jackpot replacing a green 150 in Round 3).
If you remember what that Veledar space was, I am no less than 80% certain that that was their Prize wedge. I'm kicking myself for not even of thinking of that before now.
As for how their Jackpot worked, it worked the same way ours did when it premiered with only two differences.
If you landed on it, you don't even call a letter, you just went ahead and solved the puzzle. Now what if you did not know it? You didn't lose your turn, you didn't lose you money. You simply just spun again.
The other difference is that (possibly just like the Veledar and the other prizes that could be won) the Jackpot did not count towards your score. You still got the cash (duh, you earned it), but that didn't determine whether or not you went to the bonus round.
Here's the episode. The uploader is the lady in the green podium. I apologize the audio is out of sync, but it's still worth watching. Please enjoy!

[chuckles] The episode should explain the configurations quite well, but I'll type it out anyways. The layouts go clockwise as you read downward.
Round 1 Round 2 Round 3
125 125 BANKROT 400 500 750 BANKROT BANKROT 100 300 300 250 75 100 SREĆKO 100 125 125 75 100 100 150 250 1000 75 ZGUBIRED BANKROT 100 100 500 150 150 100 100 125 200 125 100 125 SREĆKO SREĆKO 100 100 100 300 125 125 100 100 100 150 (Became JACKPOT by 1998) 225 450 125 ZGUBIRED BANKROT 400 250 400 ZGUBIRED 75 125 400 100 100 100 125 VELEDAR 125 100 100 500
When a contestant landed on the Veledar (Prize) wedge and called a correct letter in Round 2, the wedge was replaced with one worth 150.

I just found some old stuff online about Croatia's adaption of Wheel, and I'm talking when it first started in 1993. www.vecernji.hr/tv/kolo-srece-vraca-se-na-tv-mlakar-vjeruje-u-dobru-gledanost-tanja-tusek-ocekuje-redizajn-986172I also have this photo that I found at a forum just over three years ago. Sadly, it's no longer up at that forum, but I'm posting it here for you guys to check out. Those photos are not the only things I'm telling you guys about. Remember when I said on the Greek Wheel thread just a few days ago that Croatia and Portugal are likely bringing back their versions of Wheel? Well, Croatia is confirmed to be doing just that, not on HRT, but on the German-owned RTL. If I find any news about Portugal, I'll let you guys know about it too.

The values on the wheel in the news article's picture gallery look cheap!

Well, it's not much I haven't seen before, designerboy7, but I appreciate you showing us this anyway. I am hoping that someone will upload an episode from when it first started, but in the meantime, if all of you remember me telling you about a revival being confirmed earlier in the thread, I have finally found some photos of the host, the hostess, and the set. It was certainly more of a waiting game than a hunting game to get this stuff. www.vecernji.hr/tv/boris-mirkovic-i-iva-jerkovic-novi-su-voditeljski-par-kola-srece-1000873Unfortunately, for the moment, there is nothing that gives us even a taste of the Wheel layout, but for some reason, the contestant podiums remind me of the RTL logo. [chuckles] Anyway, what are your two cents of the revival's set so far, folks?

It's nice. Appears that they're using similar contestant podiums to ours.

Well, the thing is my favorite element of the show is its colorful namesake. I like seeing how other countries' Wheel layouts differ from ours. [chuckles] Yet, if that's how you feel, thiswheel13, that's okay; I don't like judging others' opinions. I apologize to you in advance if I did so. Anyway, I just found out through Instagram about some folks who are involved with the new Croatian Wheel - OHT Productions. If you check out OHT's Facebook page, you'll find some fantastic photos of the set, which include a close-up of the Bonus Wheel and even the Wheel layout used in their title card, a possible good taste of what their in-game Wheel layout may look like. So, some more stuff to keep you guys occupied for the time being.
