As a fan of both shows, let me be the first to say this will be amazing. I do wonder if they'll have returning champions like Jeopardy! or no returning contestants ever like Wheel... Also, I'm getting an odd vibe from the name. I feel like grabbing my remote control.  |

This just in...I just found what appears to be a snapshot of a monitor showing the Billion Dollar Wedge!  Someone posted it on Instagram (probably someone working at Sony Studios), then deleted it just a few minutes ago.  |

In my opinion, this move has probably been years in the making. There were rumors several years ago of this happening, as the show had been airing in a one hour block in most markets for more a couple decades.
Combing the two shows makes sense. The fast paced questions of Jeopardy, and the spinning of a Casino-style Wheel for cash was a match made in heaven.
A billion dollars is a big jump from Wheel's million, but my theory is you'll probably have to spin it, hold onto it for 10 days as a returning champion without hitting bankrupt, and then solve a Final Puzzle to claim the Billion. That prize structure would make the most sense, and it would also make it hard (It is a BILLION dollars after all). They might even make it harder than that, who knows.
What are all of your theories on the potential prize structure of Wheel of Jeopardy?
