UK - Series 12 (Nikki/Simon/Wendy) recap

Wheel Of Fortune! Where one spin of the Wheel could twirl you into some fabulous fortune. Today's contestants are:

Nikki Webson: Recently in a theatre production of Guys and Dolls, from Foxton
Simon Cortis: Has a degree in maritime studies, from East Lurley (?)
Wendy Sharpers: Plays several musical instruments, from Exeter

The top value on the Wheel is 1,000. The chance at a £100 Cashpot may also wash up on shore, but you'll never know when it will happen! What you do need to know is the answer to a question provided before this round:

Nikki spins again before the H is revealed to be the red letter. After she lands on 400, she is prompted for a solve...

...she can't solve it, so she is allowed to immediately call a consonant.


Wendy solves ALL CHIEFS AND NO INDIANS.

We instruct you to take your time looking at the showcase of prizes. One that we have is a washing machine.

Wendy picks the TV and video combo.


Play it right. Avoid the wrong note (an extra BANKRUPT) and find harmony with the extra 1,000 instead! You might also end up with a little bonus: a mystery prize will be placed on 400.

With that out of the way, we start our next round:

Along with the mystery prize, he may also pick anything from the showcase. The show recommends a mini Hi-Fi system.

Simon's choice is the TV and video combo...which will go with the mystery that is a portable CD player.


So many that can work together. In our case, we'll add one more 1,000 space, and we'll double the points! You might want to solve this puzzle too, as you could grab a £100 bonus from an extra puzzle.
