Yes, because we have it set that way, for a variety of reasons. Proboards (BAV's host) is not Simple Machines (GR's host). All both sites did was implement a simple little plugin to make it that way. Of course, like GR, if you're a mod or admin, you get no such limit.

And designerboy, you hopefully know why you got banned there, you made some posts that didn't quite make the most of sense...please try to avoid that here, or you'll wind up the same way here. Furthermore, please post in the correct sections (this goes in an art section), and, more importantly, please do not make requests of members to make Wheels for you. For layouts, you can just as easily Google this information, for making Wheels, it's just generally disrespectful, as people will make what they want in their own time. It also leads to a slippery slope, you follow one member's request, and then it becomes another person wondering why not them, and so forth. Thanks!

Also, this topic is really rather silly, pointless, and is not the type of thread I want to see on this site, as there is no quality to it, though I thank germanname for actually try to help steer this thread back on track; thank you for that. LOCKED.
