I was lucky enough to make it from the Wheelmobile event at Festival Flea Market to a Final Contestant Audition in Miami on April 23. I made it to the end, where they tell you that you will receive a letter in 2 weeks if you make it into the contestant pool. So, the 2 weeks mark has come and gone, and I'm thinking I probably didn't make it. I'm trying to see if anyone from the Miami auditions might be on these boards to figure out if it's time to give up hope or if I should still hang in there. I've been in touch with a few others who were at the same audition & they've not heard anything either.
Either way ... I'm so grateful to have had the wonderful opportunity to try out for my dream game! It was so much fun being at the Wheelmobile Event, so THRILLING to see a final audition invite in my email and to actually attend the audition in Miami and make it to the end of that!
So if any fellow Miami auditioners are out there & are allowed to share if they've received a letter, I'd love to hear from you. If the letter is confidential and asks you not to disclose that you received it, please forgive me for asking! :-) Or if any former contestants out there would like to share how much time it took for you to receive your letter after the final audition, I'd also love to hear that.
