Just a couple days ago, someone uploaded a mid-90s episode of Rad van Fortuin (pronounced RAHD VAHN For-TAHN), possibly from 1995 or early 1996.
The neon-light set is certainly a wonder just to look at. As for the Wheel, everything is the same for round 1 only the Joker space now has a picture of a Joker and a value of 15,000 francs. This could mean one of several things.
You get a Joker and call a letter for 15,000 francs. You have to choose whether to go for a Joker or 15,000 francs. You have to choose whether to receive a Joker or call a letter for 15,000 francs. You automatically get 15,000 francs and a Joker, although the possibility of this happening is extremely small.
By 1996, the Wheel itself changed.

Here's a clip from the end of one of the very first episodes of Rad van Fortuin since it was renamed as such. It's from February 3, 1989. A series of Belgian commercials follows.

Here's an episode from September 15, 1995. Now I may not speak Dutch, but I was able to get the Bonus Round puzzle.
