What a great anniversary to that million dollar win last year, because we had someone win the million dollars tonight! Amazing! In fact, we've had two million dollar winners in a row! By the general public's logic

I actually let myself get excited, because I thought for sure he would solve it. Meh.

I also thought that he would solve it... I think that if I know the puzzle, players will be able to solve it. Although I'm getting better with the puzzles in English!

All I can say about this episode is that it wasn't an enjoyable anniversary, even though we got a nice match btw. Brian/Mary and a MDBR (!!).
My rating: 5
This week's rating: 5.5
Why do the weeks celebrating the 4 seasons get the low winnings? This week gave away only $178K+. Sigh...

Thanks to Mario for recapping while I was at the Wheelmobile.
Applause on a dud? Weird.
The 80's as a Prize Puzzle? Not bad. I no-lettered it.

I have no idea where that audience thought the M would go. It didn't make sense anywhere. It's not like this was another "O_EN-_A_ED with a wrong V call" situation. Maybe someone was so used to all the clapping that he jumped the "cue" and others followed suit. TU3 was stupid...Look who's in the lead: not you, Mary. And it's not like any of you would have become in the lead thanks to the $3,000 like the puzzle was probably hoping for.

Toss-Ups: Brian’s missolve was because of there being a T instead of an M in the $2,000 one. R1: I thought that Brian would solve when Natalie hit Lose A Turn. R2: The audience inexplicably applauded Brian’s dud M on $800. R3: A decades category was used as a Prize Puzzle for the first time. R4: Mary was prompted to solve the puzzle after calling R, which she did. BR: It’s been a while since I’ve seen a Million Dollar Bonus Round. Episode Rating: 5/10
