I have just started my holiday, and with the lack of real Wheel I have started to make my first WOF fanart. Take a look: R1: R2: R3: R4+: Bare: The most different thing is the look of the Wheel. It is more modern, with a metallic style. The layout is different, modified based upon the S30 (but moving the Gift Tag and the MDW to their current positions). Now, all tokens have the same style, to make them more flexible and combinable and now the value of the wedge can be seen at every moment, because picking up a token would award not $500, but the value where you have landed on (it was the style of the first tokens of La Ruleta, Comodín and Premio looked like these tokens). After R4+, we would have now the $10,000 space, but multipliable by the number of times the consonant appears in the puzzle (also like the €1,000 wedge of Spain). Double Play would make a return and we would also have the Power token, which acts like Me lo Quedo in Spain, letting you to steal all money and tokens from another player. What do you think? The wedge template is from MarioGS.

When I first saw them, I was like, "Whoa! Hello!" These are amazing, but I do have some suggestions.
As we see the face value of the wedges, we can certainly award the token and the value of the wedge it's on. How I see the Power wedge working is that you get $500 for each letter, whether or not you have any money to steal.
Now I've been dying to see $750, $850, and $950 back on the Wheel, so that's my first suggestion, as many here would expect for me to say. But since you have $10,000 as top value for Round 4 and that you have $3500 as top value for Rounds 2 and 3, maybe $5000 should be top value for Round 3 yet have it stay for Round 4. My other suggestion for Round 3 is moving the Express to the blue $700. The Mystery Wedge in Round 2 can be on either that same blue $700 or the green $400.
Not criticizing, just suggesting.

I don't like special wedges in the same cash wedge between rounds, so I have moved the Mystery Wedge to the blue $400 (to follow the "tradition" of having the Mystery Wedges in blue cash wedges), and with that I have moved the 1/2 Car tag to the red $300. And now we only have two $500 spaces

Yeah, I didn't feel all that happy myself about having the $700/$750 being covered by the Mystery Wedge in Round 2 and then replaced by Express Wedge in Round 3, which was why I suggested the green $400, but the blue $400 was even better after moving the 1/2 Car. As for the addition of $750, $850, and $950, that's great because we have every three-digit multiple of $50 from $300 up, at least on the bare template.
