Here is an episode from Season 19 courtesy of Joe. It's from Safari Adventure week (October 8-12). I'm guessing that this is the Monday show since Charlie gives a rundown of the three BR cars which he did not do on Thursday (Harriet/Frank/Laura), plus Pat announces the theme with quite some enthusiasm as he reaches his spot. The Speed-Up makes you really wonder about the whole "don't sound the vowels-only beeps in the Speed-Up" rule...  |

The Speed-Up makes you really wonder about the whole "don't sound the vowels-only beeps in the Speed-Up" rule... Yeah, that felt pretty uncomfortable. Reminded me of a similar incident on Wheel 2000 where "only vowels remain" wasn't noted until after the first turn where it applied. Granted, I'm pretty sure this 2001 instance didn't affect the final outcome, but it still potentially cost Corine an extra $5,000+. ...And we're not gonna address that, Wheel? Okay. |
