I was in Culver City, taping my episode of Wheel :--) Just wanted to commemorate the day, ha ha. Wow, 8 years, can't believe it was so long ago, I can remember it all so well (and especially not sleeping the night before!)
Does anyone else remember their taping date? I will never forget it, it's etched in stone in my head ;--)

Suddenly waking up at 5:30 am the morning of the taping sounds *awesome.* How did you manage to play the game on no sleep?
It really is stunning how quickly time flies. I know it's hardly been a year since my own Wheel taping date, but come August it'll be *11* years since I taped my appearance on Jeopardy!. Staggering.

I was so excited/nervous the night before the taping, I could not settle down. I should have taken some NyQuil or something, ha. I guess I just managed to play the game going off of sheer adrenaline and being hyped up, knowing this was once in a lifetime. Is is SO stunning how fast time flies. Wow, 11 years since your Jeopardy appearance...does it seem like it was just yesterday? |

The 11 years since Jeopardy! have felt like enough time has passed so that I don't think like it was just yesterday, but at the same time I keep thinking, "Wow, 11 years already? I didn't think it was that long already." Part of it has to do with the fact that I've met up with some of my fellow contestants since then, and we look quite different from when we were on the show (I was on Kids' Week).
