Very interesting the information about the Prize Wedge and the Prize Puzzle... I didn't imagine that almost anyone claimed prizes from Wheel Watchers sweepstakes.

I was just reading this... AWESOME! Now we see how much importance Wheel gives to prize copies.

Some other highlights...
What exactly is a Prize Coordinator?
Who was your most memorable contestant?
Who was your most memorable contestant?
How are the values of prizes calculated for The Price is Right?
Why does Wheel of Fortune seem to really favor trips lately, and how are the prices of those trips determined? (my question)
What about the cars? Was there a range for those? Any other interesting WOF insider knowledge? (my question)
What was the craziest thing you saw that happened on Price that was either off-camera or didn't make it to air? (my question)
To what do you attribute the longevity of Wheel, Jeopardy and TPIR?

"You'll get sand up your ass during your visit to the shores of..." No comment. That Price Is Right stuff would've been hilarious...if they'd opted to air any of that. And Adam's account of being a Who's Still Standing? contestant is definitely a great example of how not to produce a game show. Nope. Not gonna do it. I'm not changing probably 1,000+ instances of "Prize wedge"/"Wheel Prize" on the History Wiki to "Goody", even though I know it/"Goodie" has been used on other versions of the show. Same goes for "Wedge Ledge" in regard to the arrows, mainly because as far as I know the show's never used either name on-air...and even if they did, they sound dopey and stupid. Yes, like TOTALLY AWESOME WATER PARK was completely hip and modern with the times. I was just reading this... AWESOME! Now we see how much importance Wheel gives to prize copies. This feels like sarcasm. And even if it isn't, it shows where their priorities are. Interesting. Based on what's known about the mess that was Shopper's Bazaar, if Bolen (who commissioned the pilot in the first place) didn't like it I doubt she even showed it to her bosses. Debatable. Really debatable. Sure, it's not dead, but it feels like (to invoke another trope) a Franchise Zombie. And I've already noted on multiple occasions how modern-day Wheel is like a typical primetime network game show of the past decade.
