Starts at 2:35, and provides a nice view of the Season 32 Wheel and logo.
As for the skit itself...hoo, boy. I can think of about half a dozen snarky ways to respond to this.

How long has this segment been around? I so would have done one of these for when Conan said Paul Atkinson lost $1 million. Then that comic I made could've come true. Anyway, this is an epic collab between TBS and Sony, although very bizarre. This is like something out of a dream. Random objects, ridiculous scores, and a puzzle that makes no sense. I love the closeup of Vanna enjoying the pizza. Was it just a coincidence that Adam's flipper was on the MDW? This skit confirms that not only is the name tag lettering bigger (at least for shorter names like Adam), but the font has also changed from Helvetica Black to Arial Black, as seen by the "R" on Jeremy. Also, the category strips are still the same.

I get that it's the point, but a Wheel skit mocking someone for pointing out a legit mistake feels like it's also mocking anybody who said anything about the cash infusion for next season being a good idea executed poorly (and/or noted that Big Money Weeks only affect the Bonus Round). Sure, a skit can just be a skit, but when modern Wheel's involved I do tend to wonder given some of their decisions in the past few years. Still, someone can always make a "Fan Correction" pointing out the errors in this one. How long has this segment been around? I so would have done one of these for when Conan said Paul Atkinson lost $1 million. Then that comic I made could've come true. From what I can tell, "Fan Corrections" has been present since at least late 2011, so I think you missed a pretty great opportunity there. a puzzle that makes no sense. Well, relative to Friedman's typical output, sure. Also, there's a lot of echo, indicating this was done with no audience.

I think the echo is just from the fact that the clip was playing in Conan's studio and its audio from their speakers was also getting picked up by the mics used to pick up the audience's laughter, which is the case with most if not all talk shows. Still, yeah, this was very likely filmed with no audience. I recognize the "awww" sounds from stock SFX sites (not the ones Wheel proper uses).

The guy was complaining over a simplification Conan's writers used to make the joke work, in an effort to really "nail" Conan. He seemed really pissed off and overworked up about it. Conan obviously does this to have fun / jab with viewers. Once again, Dan, there's not a comparison to Wheel's decline to be made here.

I know that. That was my initial knee-jerk reaction to it (along with "Dafuq?"), and I don't believe it for a moment. I should've made that more clear, and I apologize for that. At first, the video description led me to think Pat was going to walk on and snark for a couple minutes, but this? Pure gold. I think the echo is just from the fact that the clip was playing in Conan's studio and its audio from their speakers was also getting picked up by the mics used to pick up the audience's laughter, which is the case with most if not all talk shows. Fair point. Although even if they did hold over an audience for this bit, it's a Culver City audience -- that's almost like not having one, right? Here are some HD out-of-context screenshots from the skit. Too bad we couldn't get access to this before it went public or we could leak these and say that they were from an upcoming Season 32 episode. The reactions would have been epic. Idea: delete this thread, post the pictures in the Season 32 news thread, and see if anybody notices.

haha just noticed this video, LOVED it. Especially the pizza bit, particularly Pat just sitting with his feet on the wheel and laughing about the concept of the show. Also these new 's are pretty awesome

Interesting that they're using the same type of layout that has apparently been used to train to-be contestants - one where both the Express and $2500 space are present. No Prize wedge, no Gift Tag, but the Half Car Tags, the Wild Card, and the Million Dollar Wedge are seen.

Now that I'm watching this again, I'm realizing that this actually reminds me a HELL of a lot of Numberwang! Maybe that's why i love this video so much.
