thegameshowguy - well done! That puzzle has been played by less than 50 people so far and less than 20% solved it. There are about 10k bonus puzzles active right now so will be interesting if others here have gotten it as well.

Regarding puzzles...
It really is obvious that these puzzles are from the show writers, because about half of the puzzles look like they should be Prize Puzzles on the show. I've had several puzzles with the word "BEACH" in it, most recently "(adjective I forgot) BEACHES & LUSH GARDENS".
Andrew, I know you said the app is live in Australia. Is that why some of the puzzles seem to be catered to Australians? I've had some bizarre Phrase puzzles such as "BE CAREFUL DRIVING THROUGH ROUNDABOUTS" and "AUSTRALIA IS THE SIXTH-LARGEST COUNTRY", plus a Bonus Puzzle of "POKIE MACHINE" (an alternate term for "slot machine" mainly used in Australia).
I've spotted a few errors or questionable stuff this past week...
Place: ST GEORGE DISTRICT should be categorized as On The Map and have a period after ST.
Around the House: A STACK OF CDS had me stumped for the longest time with the D missing. Perhaps it should be "CD'S" instead?
People: GRAPE-GROWERS should not be hyphenated.
Also, the text output that tells you how many of the guessed letter there are looks odd with certain letters: "THERE ARE 2 SS!" "THERE ARE 3 AS!" "THERE ARE 4 IS!". The letter should probably be followed by an apostrophe-S.
As for glitches, I've noticed that sometimes my league rank in the upper-left corner goes up after a game, but sometimes it doesn't. Is it supposed to go up after Friend Games and Tournament Games, or just World Tour games? It seems to be hit-or-miss on the former two, and sometimes after not adjusting itself, it'll suddenly jump up 30 places after one game to make up for the times it didn't budge.

Thanks for the feedback MarioGS. The writers have written puzzles for toss-up rounds, wheel rounds, and bonus rounds. They haven't distinguished if it's a prize round or not. It could just be easier for them. The puzzles are mix between country / city themes (e.g., Australia) and general themes (e.g., Home Improvement). Those puzzles you pointed out are from the Australian set. Although the roundabouts one is UK. I'll likely turn the pokie machine one off though as it's too niche (which can make it less fun to play). St George District - I just learned doesn't use a period ( link ) (another Australia puzzle) Stack of CDs - according to Oxford you shouldn't use an apostrophe to form ( link) Grape Growers - good catch Text Output - technically the apostrophe is incorrect but in it's current state looks very weird. We're adding a lower case s in the next update to better distinguish. We'll see if that helps else we may need to break grammar convention. The Wheel Championships should be improved in the next release. Everything is supposed to count to them but that hasn't been consistent. |

I have a question for you, andrewrose. The players who you face in the normal game and in tournaments are computer opponents, aren't they? I have a suggestion: they should land in other wedges rather than only cash wedges. It would be funnier to play games, since when you pass your turn they probably can lose the turn with a Bankrupt or Lose a Turn and it can be easier to players to win cash. Think about that: the game would be more unpredictable. |

A couple more things I forgot...
How come sometimes an extra letter in the Bonus Round costs 300 diamonds instead of the usual 50?
Sometimes, the "Watch Video" button doesn't appear after losing a game, only the "Play Bonus Round - 100 Diamonds" button. I think I've only had this happen upon playing Tournament games consecutively without going back to the main menu first, but it hasn't happened to me in a while.

Any reason why five-digit scores such as $12,750 are displayed as "$12.75K" during a round? Seems odd since it takes the same amount of characters to display.

I'm trying to remember if I mentioned this here or via the game, andrewrose, but I'm having a problem with the diamonds. There have been times where I'm rewarded diamonds and they revert to my previous number of diamonds right after. Has anyone else been having problems with that? |

Hey Andrewrose, I have one complaint about the world map.
Whenever I reach the next 10 levels, it blocks me from progressing another level and earn more money and/or diamonds. Whenever I won money from playing the game, I don't see how much money I needed to level up. It keeps saying "Complete the Tokyo prize collection to advance". Can you let us continue leveling up while working on completing a collection.

It is still available in Australia, as it has mostly always been. They also made a pretty big update to the the game, including 4 new locations.
