Holy cow. That is quite a phenomenal total that Matt ended up with, and that's before he went to the Bonus Round?! Wow. He played a great game, too!
Nice quick solve on the second Toss-Up!
I guess in a way, it's a good thing that Matt didn't use the Wild Card on $2,500, as he later got to use it on a better Top Dollar. He sure had a pretty good spin pattern going! And how incredible that he already won over 46 grand only after Round 2! I can only imagine how Joanna and Rachel must've felt by then.
Great to see a full $6,000 Final Spin! I can somewhat forgive Rachel's EVERGLACIER guess; given the situation, and not to mention the fact that she had a lot of money in front of her at the time, I can imagine how hard it would be for one to think rationally, especially if you're not 100% sure about the answer.
I felt really bad for Joanna, though. She only got to spin twice the whole game, and both times she got Bankrupt. Speaking of which, Matt should take Joanna and Rachel out to dinner. At a nice five-star restaurant. Lol.
I knew the answer to the BR puzzle with Matt's letter choices. I thought it would've been pretty cool to see him break $100,000, but I think it's safe to say he's already done enough damage to the budget. Lol. Anyways, all kidding aside, major congrats to him on winning over 91 grand from the maingame alone! I never would've thought I'd actually see someone make such an achievement. A lot of things really fell into place for that to happen. That is amazing!
Now there's a part of me that wants to see someone win at least $100,000 in the maingame. It is theoretically possible for someone to do that, but they pretty much have to win literally everything in the maingame, and a lot of things have to fall in their favor. But of course, only time will tell whether or not that will actually happen.
