Well, not quite, but at least a sign promoting it. It did before? The new Streetview does have an archive of past photos, so maybe the Wheelmobile would be there.

Yep. Here it is at a flea market in Pompano Beach in 2007. Two things I learned today: 1.) New Google Maps is a slow, bloated piece of garbage, and 2.) Google apparently could only afford potato-cams for their street view cars early on. ·······················NvtGWiwZ |

To be fair, the old ones were probably about as expensive back then. That, and Street View was new at the time.
They didn't start thoroughly covering small towns in Canada until late 2012 (which was probably difficult with 100 miles of separation between several areas), and it must have been hard to get the equipment to cover Iqaluit up in the north.
