Is the numbers on Spin IDs based on the ordinal numbers of Wheel Watchers registration? For example, the first Spin ID user with his/her Spin ID that starts with BK has one that is BK00001. Spin ID can even have more than five numbers. For example the 5,516,829th user's Spin ID that has HF at the beginning is HF5516829.

I would assume that there is some order to the numbering, but I don't think it's directly tied to the initials, because otherwise the scheme suggests a Spin ID population bigger than what is realistically feasible.
It might be something more like initials and then order of signup in general (not directly tied to name), but I don't have any insider knowledge to do more than guess.
