When I redo my wheel, should I use matte or glossy photo paper? I will also laminate the wedges.
Just curious to see what others have done.

Go with matte for most of the wedges. You could do glossy for the shiny wedges, though, if you're not going to use glitter paper. But the laminate should give it that same reflective effect anyway.

I was thinking about using matte anyway because with using the laminate paper, that will give it a shine. With glossy paper and laminate, that may be too much shine with a glare.
I just wanted to see how everyone else did their wedges and to get some input.
I may still use glossy paper on the $2,500, $3,500, $5,000, mystery wedges, express wedge, & wild card.

I always print my wedges with a gloss at Office Max and it's not overwhelming at all. I guess it just comes down to preference really.

Do the actual wedges have a glossy or matte finish? On TV, it looks like they're matte but the glitter parts shine.

The real wedges are indeed matte.

I'm going to use non-glare laminating paper on most of the wedges and use regular laminating for the "sequin" ones to achieve that "sparkle look".

Mario, when print your wedges, what is the weight and thickness of your paper?
Example: 240/g - 10 mil

Are you referring to my life-size wedge replicas?

Both real-life and the smaller ones.

I don't have a Wheel replica made of smaller wedges, but if I did print them, I would use matte paper.
The life-size replicas weren't printed. The numbers were printed out individually and glued onto colored posterboard cut into the shape of a wedge.
