For starters, that list of years covers both the daytime and nighttime shows, so it's hard to tell which you're referring to.
Secondly, a quick check of the recap directory shows that we don't have any December 16 recaps at this time. There are some December recaps which we've not been able to put official dates on, but there's no guarantee that any of them are the 16th.
Most times, the lack of a recap comes from the lack of a video source to recap from. If somebody suddenly steps forward with a slew of December 16th episodes, then you might see recaps for them in the future. But as of right now, it doesn't look likely that that will happen.
