Which category was introduced first: Same Name or Before & After?
In what season/year were they introduced?
What was the last season (and puzzle used) the ampersand was used in Same Name instead of using the word "AND" like they've did for the last couple seasons.

The last time SAME NAME was used with an ampersand was on 5/27/2015 (POPSICLE & POGO STICK).

Same Name was introduced on 09/06/88 during Season 6. Before & After was introduced later that season on 02/27/89.
Currently, Same Name inconsistently switches between using & and AND with no noticeable rule or reason. As Genius said, the last Same Name to use & was on 05/27/15 (POPSICLE & POGO STICK, R2)
