Here's another classic Wheel episode, this one from season 24 in 2006. It's "Going to the Game" Week, so it has to do with sports.
(Can't they just pick one name for this kind of week? There's "Going to the Game", then "Get in the Game!" from Chicago, then there's "Boston's Got Game!" but that one's different...boy, oh boy. Just saying.)

I've seen this happen very frequently in recent times.
First, one contestant rings in to the $1000 Toss-Up but either missolves or blanks out.
Then, a second contestant rings in with the correct answer, but it ends up being the only puzzle that that second contestant solves.
