Note: this was originally posted by Guinty when we first opened the section. As he is no longer the site's technical support manager, I have reposted this with a few minor changes to reflect this, otherwise, the following is largely written by him.

Welcome to the Tech Support forum!

This forum is dedicated to...well, tech support. If you're having trouble accessing the site or any of its features, then leave a message here and I or another admin will get back to you.

A couple of guidelines on what should and should not be posted here:

SHOULD:
- "I seem to be having trouble accessing the site on IE/Chrome/Firefox/my phone/my dog/etc. Anyone know the reason why?"
- "I'm not able to see the header/background/buttons. Is there a reason?"
- "I am having trouble making tables/uploading images/embedding YouTube videos. Can you help?"

SHOULD NOT:
"This site sucks."
"I can't believed you changed [this]. It looks bad. I hate this site now."

Basically, in the should-nots, no suggestions or opinions on the site. Please PM/e-mail one of the admins if you must.
