At long last too! I've been trying to find a shot of this thing for years now ever since hearing about it, and finally, the wait to see what it looks like is over! You can first see it when John introduces the top dollar value for Round 1 at 4:01. Now that we know what it looks like, I just need to know the font for it, and then recreations of this short-lived element can be made.

If I knew that the Goodie wedge was a rarity here, I should have mentioned this when I discovered this photo last year. I do recall the blue background and the font, but probably wouldn't on been able to recreate it from memory. cdn.newsapi.com.au/image/v1/897deb4e64ad1e492e4616fae8d214b1The gentleman in the photo is David Day, who was the voice-over for Wheel of Fortune after John Deeks, left the show temporarily to host Family Feud at the start of 1996. A local Adelaide radio personality, his stint as the voice-over was only for six months when the production of the show to Sydney. John Deeks returned as the voice-over at the start of 1997 after Family Feud changed to an earlier timeslot and eventually cancelled. David was inducted into the SA Music Hall of Fame last year, but sadly passed away earlier after battling health issues. www.adelaidenow.com.au/entertainment/confidential/adelaide-radio-legend-david-daisy-day-dies-at-63/story-fnnspw2t-1227329759657

What I really wanted to know was the font name, which was Cancun, but I appreciate you showing us that photo, slenderkey. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known that the shadow was silver in color instead of yellow.
