Looks like we have another country to add.
I saw this video just a couple hours ago, and I was trying to figure out what country this was going to be in. I didn't think it was Croatia revamping their version. I was originally thinking Bosnia, but from what I'm getting just now, it looks like it's going to be in Serbia with host Milorad Mandić (AKA Manda) and hostess Soraja Vucelic.

Very nice. Pretty interesting how the contestant area is the reverse of the American one down to the host position.

Yep. Finland and Italy did that too.

Actually (just because I really want to be annoyingly precise), in Italy it was so just in the last two editions. The past and glorious ones that presented the late Mike Bongiorno had the host podium on the left.

Got some more news. It's been on since last week, and I found some stuff over at Facebook including the below video.
I can tell you that for the first known time in the history of the franchise, we have values that are not even multiples of five! If you look closely at one of the shots of the Wheel (at 0:35 or 0:36), one of the spaces is valued at only three euros, the smallest numbered wedge above zero.

I was very certain that 3 was not the only Serbian Wheel value that was not a multiple of 5 while analyzing some of the shots of the Wheel. As I was doing so, I thought I saw at least one space that was valued at 12 euros. Just now, I came across a pic that confirms it. http://instagram.com/p/BAILV4Km07q Needless to say, this is going to be one interesting version of Wheel of Fortune.

Here's an episode of Serbian Wheel. I'm glad I didn't have to wait too long for one (not even three weeks). This is an episode with euro values; once I see an episode with dinar values, I'll be sure to let you guys know.

I know about Italy's most recent version. Even so, I've been trying to see an episode of Italy's version from 1987, and I'm glad you brought that interesting element that it had. That made me even more interested.
Anyway, getting back to Serbia's version, I found another episode, giving me much more knowledge. It looks like the dinar values are gone and the euro values are here to stay. On top of that, it looks as if the barren layout is now constant even though the placement of extras vary from show to show like on New Zealand's 2008 version.
Thanks to the below episode, I am now 100% certain of the barren layout. In the episode I previously showed, there was only one space I did not know since it was covered by a Prize wedge throughout the game, but I had a hunch that space was yellow worth 12 euros. The below episode confirms that I was right.

Here's an episode from Thursday, March 10th. Bankrot (Bankrupt) and Maler (Lose A Turn) are next-door neighbors in this episode starting in Round 4.
BTW, from seeing all these episodes, I got a feeling that the Prize wedges work similarly to Wheel 2000's Prize Box. If I'm right, if you land on a Prize wedge and call a correct letter, you do not get the value underneath the Prize wedge, but the Prize is yours. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.
