Hey I found the proof of the Argentina's version of the wheel but the puzzle board looks like the British version of the 90's and electronically generated and the layout of the video is incomplete? But the show is named "Tiempo Límite" (not confused with the Uruguayan version of the same name of the another game show) of "The cube network" here we go with the video : www.youtube.com/watch?v=O5OvqP8uU0U

Oh, yeah. I remember seeing this video. I have some photos of this version as well. Even so, I doubt it's all enough to make a Wheel layout.

I'm going to bump this back because Wheel is back in Argentina, and this time, it is its own standalone show and not part of a compilation show like Tiempo Límite. September 13th of this year really was indeed a day of premieres for game shows, but these premieres were not limited to just the United States.
Here's the premiere of the Argentine standalone version titled La Ruleta de Tus Sueños, literally meaning "The Roulette of Your Dreams."

It isn't a complete copycat set. The Spanish Wheel has a strip to go with its rim lights along with some metal things embedded in the Wheel's base. The flippers between the two versions are very different as well. Still, you really need to compare the two versions side by side and play spot the differences because there are indeed a lot of similarities.

Check this out. Wheel was part of a segment on this 1991 show called Todo al Nueve (All at the Nine) hosted by the late Berugo Carámbula.

It looks like that special also included rounds based on at least Jeopardy! and Scrabble, and maybe something else. Fascinating.

It looks like that special also included rounds based on [...] Scrabble Yeah, they definitely played the Sprint at one point. It's particularly interesting for me since I've never heard of any foreign adaptations of the Grundy Scrabble format.
