It's that time of year again: March Madness. All CBS affiliates will be airing several games in the NCAA Tournament starting at 7 PM Eastern. First-run Wheel of Fortune will be affected on the following dates:
Thursday, March 17
Friday, March 18
Thursday, March 24
Friday, March 25
The latter two dates fall during a sweepstakes week. Check your local listings to see if your market is moving the show to a different station or overnight time slot.

Well, this is interesting. Rochester, NY affiliate WROC will be airing Wheel and Jeopardy! at 9:00 and 9:30 AM on the affected days (in place of Paid Programming), a whole ten hours earlier than their normal times. This is the first time I've seen the shows moved this early in the day due to a planned preemption. I've heard of stations airing them at around noon sometimes, but never in the morning, at least not on the original day.
Too bad that station airs Let's Make a Deal at 3:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM like other markets. Imagine the quartet of game shows that would be Wheel, Jeopardy!, LMAD and Price airing consecutively on the same station.

I don't normally do this, but here's what I've found regarding alternate broadcasts so far. If I find any more, I'll edit them in. Note that these times are all assuming game coverage runs within the scheduled time slots. Overtime games may result in additional preemptions or slightly later broadcasts. WHEEL MOVED TO EARLIER TIME SLOTROCHESTER, NY (WROC):
Wheel and Jeopardy! will air at 9:00 and 9:30 AM Eastern, respectively, on the affected weekdays. The Saturday reruns will air at 1:35 and 2:05 AM.
MILWAUKEE, WI (WDJT):
Jeopardy! and Wheel will air at 9:00 and 9:30 AM Central, respectively, on March 17 and 18, and at 2:00 and 2:30 PM on March 24 and 25. The 3/19 Saturday reruns of both shows will not air, but the 3/26 reruns will air on Sunday 3/27 at 11:00 and 11:30 AM.
WHEEL MOVED TO ALTERNATE STATIONDALLAS-FORT WORTH, TX (KTVT):
Wheel will be moved to sister station KTXA (independent), where Jeopardy! airs, at its normal time of 6:30 PM Central. This is a rare market where WOF and J! normally air on separate stations. Wheel's Saturday reruns will air at 3:00 AM on Sundays on the normal channel.
LOUISVILLE, KY (WLKY):
Wheel and Jeopardy! will air at their normal times on the affected days on WLKY's subchannel normally occupied by MeTV, including the 3/26 Saturday reruns. The 3/19 reruns will not air.
FLORENCE-MYRTLE BEACH, SC/LUMBERTON, NC (WBTW):
On weekdays, Wheel and Jeopardy! will air at their normal times on WBTW's subchannel, a MyNetworkTV affiliate. Wheel's 3/19 Saturday rerun will not air, but the 3/26 rerun will air on Sunday 3/27 at 5:30 PM Eastern on the normal channel. Both of Jeopardy!'s reruns will air at 11:30 PM on Sundays.
PROVIDENCE, RI/NEW BEDFORD, MA (WPRI):
Wheel and Jeopardy! will air at their normal times on the local MyNetworkTV affiliate, a subchannel of local FOX affiliate WNAC. The Saturday reruns will air at 12:30 and 1:00 AM Eastern on the night of March 19, and at 5:00 and 5:30 PM on March 27 (Sunday), all on the normal channel.
FORT SMITH/FAYETTEVILLE, AR (KFSM):
Wheel will air at its normal time on all affected days on sister station KXNW, a MyNetworkTV affiliate. First-run Jeopardy! is not affected as it airs at 4:30 PM Central, but its Saturday reruns will air at 7:30 PM on KXNW, following Wheel and Monopoly Millionaires' Club.
WHEEL MOVED TO OVERNIGHT TIME SLOTHOUSTON, TX (KHOU):
As Eugene noted, Wheel will air at 3:07 AM Central the morning after each of the four affected weekdays. The Saturday reruns will air at 3:00 AM on Sundays. Jeopardy! is not affected since it airs on ABC affiliate KTRK in this market.
GREENSBORO/HIGH POINT/WINSTON-SALEM, NC (WFMY):
Wheel and Jeopardy! will air at 2:37 and 3:07 AM Eastern, respectively, on the first three affected weekdays. The 3/25 episodes will air at 3:07 and 3:37 AM on the morning of Saturday 3/26. The Saturday reruns of Jeopardy! will air at approximately 11:30 PM, while Wheel's reruns will air at 12:05 AM.
BOSTON, MA (WBZ):
Wheel and Jeopardy! will air at 2:37 and 3:07 AM Eastern, respectively. The 3/19 Saturday reruns of both shows will not air, but the 3/26 reruns will air on Sunday 3/27 at 5:00 and 5:30 PM.
BOISE, ID (KBOI):
Wheel will air at 1:07 AM Mountain. Jeopardy! will air at 1:37 AM on Thursday nights and 12:37 AM on Friday nights. The 3/19 Saturday reruns will air at 8:00 PM (J!) and 8:30 PM (WOF), while the 3/26 reruns will air at 9:00 and 9:30 PM.
MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN (WCCO):
Wheel will air at 1:37 AM Central on the affected weekdays. The Saturday reruns will air on Sundays - 11:05 PM on March 20, 4:30 PM on March 27. Jeopardy! is not affected since it airs on NBC affiliate KARE in this market.
ALBUQUERQUE-SANTA FE, NM (KRQE):
Jeopardy! will at 12:37 AM Mountain on the affected weekdays and on Saturday 3/19. Wheel will air at 1:42 AM on Thursday nights and at 1:35 AM on Friday nights. Local news will air in between the two game shows. The 3/19 Saturday rerun of Wheel will not air, but the 3/26 reruns of both shows will at at 9:00 and 9:30 PM, respectively. WHEEL NOT AIRING AT ALLTAMPA, FL (WTSP):Wheel will not be airing at all. The affected episodes of Jeopardy! will air the following Saturday and Sunday at 5:00 AM Eastern. The Saturday reruns of both shows will not air. CARTHAGE/WATERTOWN, NY (WWNY):First-run Jeopardy! and Wheel will not be airing at all. The 3/26 Saturday reruns of both shows will air on Sunday at 1:00 and 1:30 PM Eastern, respectively. The 3/19 reruns will not air. CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO):First-run Wheel and Jeopardy! will not be airing at all. The Saturday reruns will air at 11:35 PM and 12:05 AM Eastern, respectively.
DAYTON, OH (WHIO):First-run Wheel will not be airing at all. The Saturday reruns will air at 12:05 AM Eastern. Jeopardy! is not affected since it airs on NBC affiliate WDTN. Found another lucky market that's airing the game shows earlier instead of later. Milwaukee station WDJT will air Jeopardy! and Wheel at 9:00 and 9:30 AM Central, respectively, on the affected days.

I'm new here, and I also have a pre-emption alert of my own:
SE Virginia/NE North Carolina (WVEC):
Wheel (and also Jeopardy!) will be pre-empted on Thursday, March 24 not for March Madness (WVEC is the local ABC affiliate here), but for a special live televised Town Hall meeting titled "21st Century Hampton Roads: Building Our Future". Wheel and J! will air normally on all other days. The March 24 episode of Wheel, Day 4 of the Spin & Sail Sweepstakes, will air on Saturday, March 26, at 5:00 PM, with the March 24 episode of J! following at 5:30 PM.
